1. Use of Service

• Your Uploaded Content: You retain all ownership rights to the images or photos you upload to the Service ("User Content"). By uploading User Content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, prepare derivative works of, display, and perform the User Content in connection with the Service and our business, including for promoting and redistributing part or all of the Service.
• Generated Images: You own the specific unique images ("Generated Content") created for you by the Service based on your User Content and inputs.
• Our Right to Use: We reserve the right to use anonymized or aggregated versions of User Content and Generated Content for internal analysis, service improvement, and for showcasing the capabilities of our Service (e.g., in marketing materials or galleries, provided such use does not identify you personally without consent).
• Service Content: All other content on the Service, including text, graphics, logos, icons, and software, is the property of RetroGameMe or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

3. Tokens, Subscriptions, and Payments

• Tokens: Certain features of the Service require "Tokens." Tokens can be acquired through one-time purchases or as part of a subscription plan.
• Subscriptions: Subscription plans may offer a recurring allowance of Tokens and other benefits. Terms of subscriptions, including billing cycles and cancellation policies, will be detailed at the point of purchase and are managed through our payment processor, Stripe.
• Payments: All payments are processed through Stripe. By making a purchase, you agree to Stripe's terms and conditions.
• Refunds: Token purchases and subscription fees are generally non-refundable except as required by applicable law or as explicitly stated in specific offers.

4. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

We make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the operation or availability of the Service, or the information, content, materials, or products included thereon. To the fullest extent permissible by law, RetroGameMe disclaims all warranties. We will not be liable for any damages of any kind arising from the use of this Service. Our AI attempts to generate creative and fitting results, but we do not guarantee the accuracy, appropriateness, or quality of any Generated Content.

6. Governing Law

7. Changes to Terms
